All information supplied by you on our sit, is protected and therefore confidential to you and us, in which both party agree not to disclose it to any third party. This information includes user account and password, shipping details.

All your payment in this website is processed by Indonesia's leading payment gateway which is secure and safe. As such, we do not require you to do a payment confirmation. Delivery & Shipping
The cost of delivery for your order will be displayed to you before you make the payment.
You may choose the delivery courier and speed.
Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse to the courier within 2 working days after you complete the payment. That allows us to confirm the payment, prepare your order and perform quality control, and finally pack your order. The delivery dates stated during order process are estimates only.
If a delivery shall be delayed, we will notify you accordingly and the product will be dispatched when it becomes available.
When to expect your order
For domestic orders: expect 1 – 10 working days for all part of Indonesia. Some area might require longer shipping time.
Tracking your shipment
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information.
You can also track your shipment by going into your user account section, and the details of your order will be displayed in My Orders section.
Shipping rules and restrictions
We do not take responsibility if the delivery courier are unable to deliver the package due to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. In any case, please contact us, and we shall rectify the problem together along with the delivery courier.
We are not responsible for any item lost after the order has been delivered by the delivery courier.
We only accept returns for items* that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags intact.
*Purchase of sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To make a return request, please:
•Contact our customer service representative listed on the Contact Us page for return confirmation.
•Upon confirmation, repack the item(s), and send the item(s) using the original packing material to the following address.

•Send the package using a delivery method that allows tracking. The package have to reach within 30 calendar days. The cost of delivery shall be your responsibility.
•If the returned items does not met the requirements, we reserve the right to reject the return and any request for a refund.
•If all the conditions above are met, we will refund you within 14 days on which we receive the returned item. Your refund will be in the form of store credit.
Returns, Replacements and Refunds
We only accept Returns, grant replacements and refunds on the the conditions that the items were purchased from the Site. For items purchased from our retail stores, please check with our retail assistants in-store.
If you have received a wrong item, send us an email at email@example.com with the order number and a photograph of the item. Once accepted, we will ask you to send the item back to us, for which the postage fee will be reimbursed. The maximum postage fee refunded will be the cost of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer.
Please note that the item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tag(s) intact. If the correct item is no longer in-stock, store credit or refund will be issued instead.
